As part of our support program for veterans, you may receive important SMS (text) messages designed to keep you informed, supported, and on track throughout your VA claims journey. Here's what you can expect.

Types of SMS Messages You May Receive:

Invitations and links to The Veteran Coach Website and Member Resource Library
Confirmations and reminders for your scheduled one-on-one initial intake call or strategy sessions with our experts.
Event Invitations and calendar links
Exclusive private invites to upcoming live educational webinars and VA exam preparation courses.
Document & Resource Notifications and Follow Ups
Alerts when new example documents, templates, or guides are added to your secured Google drive folder
Medical Records Updates
Notifications when your medical records are reviewed or when additional information is needed
Claim Process Updates
Step-by-step updates on your VA claim progress and next actions to take.
Support Team Messages
Messages from your dedicated support team to check in, answer questions, or offer assistance
Time-Sensitive Alerts

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just contact our support team and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
