1. Personal, Limited Access

Your membership and portal access are provided solely for your individual, personal use. Access is limited to the authorized member and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with another person.

You may not share your username, password, login credentials, access links, or other means of accessing the membership portal.

2. Proprietary Materials and Intellectual Property

The content available through The Veteran Coach membership portal, including but not limited to videos, educational materials, downloadable PDFs, guides, templates, worksheets, checklists, graphics, presentations, training materials, resource libraries, written content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The Veteran Coach and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use these materials for your own personal educational purposes.

Purchasing or receiving membership access does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property to you.

3. No Sharing, Reproduction, or Redistribution

Unless The Veteran Coach expressly provides written permission, you may not:

• Share portal content or downloadable resources with another person

• Forward, email, upload, post, publish, sell, sublicense, or distribute portal materials

• Share your account or login credentials

• Record, screen record, reproduce, or redistribute videos, classes, meetings, or other protected content

• Upload materials to social media, websites, shared drives, online groups, artificial intelligence systems, document repositories, or other third party platforms

• Remove copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or other identifying information

• Modify or repackage materials for resale or distribution

• Use The Veteran Coach materials to create substantially similar commercial products, courses, coaching materials, templates, or services

You may download materials specifically designated as downloadable and use them for your own personal purposes.

4. Educational Purposes Only

The Veteran Coach provides educational information and coaching related to VA disability benefits, claims processes, records, examinations, and related topics.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Veteran Coach and its personnel are not acting as your attorney, accredited claims agent, Veterans Service Organization representative, medical provider, or other licensed professional.

Portal content is provided for general educational purposes and should not be interpreted as legal advice, medical advice, or a guarantee regarding the outcome of any VA claim, appeal, examination, rating, or other proceeding.

Members remain responsible for deciding what information, evidence, forms, statements, or claims they choose to submit to the Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency.

5. Templates and Examples

Templates, sample statements, examples, checklists, and similar resources are provided as educational tools. They are not intended to be copied without regard to your individual circumstances.

Members are responsible for ensuring that information submitted in connection with their own claim is truthful, accurate, and based upon their own experiences and circumstances.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

If you believe another person has obtained unauthorized access to your account, you agree to notify The Veteran Coach promptly.

The Veteran Coach may use reasonable security measures to identify suspected account sharing, unauthorized access, excessive simultaneous logins, scraping, copying, or other misuse of portal content.

7. Suspension or Termination of Access

The Veteran Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access when there is a reasonable belief that a member has:

shared login credentials, redistributed proprietary materials, violated these Terms, attempted to circumvent portal security, engaged in unauthorized commercial use of the materials, or otherwise misused the membership or portal.

Termination of access for a violation of these Terms does not grant the member permission to retain, distribute, or continue using proprietary materials contrary to these Terms.

8. Membership Access and Availability

Portal content, resources, features, and educational materials may be added, updated, replaced, or removed from time to time.

Unless a specific membership offer expressly states otherwise, membership does not guarantee permanent or lifetime access to any particular resource, video, class, download, or feature.

9. No Guarantee of Results

VA disability claims and other benefits matters depend upon individual facts, evidence, applicable laws and regulations, and decisions made by the Department of Veterans Affairs or other government entities.

The Veteran Coach does not guarantee any particular disability rating, effective date, monetary award, claim decision, processing time, or other outcome.

10. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing membership access, or accessing the membership portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
