Each Office Hours session is all about supporting you on your claims journey. Topics may vary by session, but don’t worry — we’ll always let you know what the focus will be ahead of time.

You’ll hear directly from our Veteran Coach team, who will lead the discussion and share helpful tips based on the day’s topic. Invitations will be sent via email and text message 3–5 business days before the event.
